The only source I know of is Classtique in MN. LeBaron Bonney and Cartouche went out of business. Classtique has a long backlog.

Order the vinyl and cut your own backing. Patterns are pretty easy to make if you don't have an original to trace. I used 3M 90 spray contact cement to repair mine that had separated.

Using poster board from DollarGeneras. Cut your own patterns until you get the right fit,., then cover it with vinyl using 3M spray contact as ModelA29 suggest.
