Default Early Tudor 4-wheel emergency brake system

We have an early 1928 Model A AR Tudor and trying to restore the driver's side 4-wheel emergency brake system. The vin is 15066 so it does not have the emergency brake shoes and uses the 4-wheel brake system as the emergency brake. Does anyone have diagram, picture of how the brake system for the 4-wheel emergency brake should look and be assembled? Attached is a parts picture shared to me of what the components should be but I have not idea how to put them together if I get the parts. We have the brake arm and housing in the left side of the frame and are missing the rest of linkage.

Thanks,
Jim
