That is a rare clip, be careful with it. Very useful to keep the wiring clean and off the block.

Have never seen that clip before. Probably one of those items that wasn't replaced once removed. Would be interesting to know the part number.

The rubber coating is almost gone. A lot of thing like this disappeared the first time a thermostat was replaced.
