Looks like the ones on my '53 Ranch Wagon, so I'm guessing any closed '52-'54. Not sure about Victorias or converts...

Zoomed in on a photo I have of my '53 Ranch Wagon,. and they look close but different. Mine appear a bit longer before they curve at the top. But the handle for opening looks the same. Sold my '51 4-dr a while ago so I can't say for certain on it, but photos of my '51 appear to have less of a curve at the top in the front doors, and maybe pretty close for the rear doors. So maybe they're '49-51 rear door vents??? Sorry that I'm just guessing!!!
