Default Inlet Manifold Query

I have got a 1939 24 stud engine (81 on the block and heads) that I am piecing together from parts that I have bought along the way. The block is now fully assembled with new main, big end and cam bearings, new rings, new valves, springs, guides, followers.

Can I now use a 1941 inlet manifold and a 97 carburetor combination on the top of it?
