Default steering linkage question

Is there anything special about setting the cap screw on this linkage, e.g. setting to some torque or do you just turn it in until it's flush.

Screw it in until it makes contact, then one more full turn or so to get the cotter pin in

Mart, Last time I put it together was probably about 1975 after we had it chromed. For the life of me, I don't remember. We'll have to check them.
