On the back cover of the March/April issue of The Restorer is a blue ‘30 Tudor with an unusual radiator splash apron. Unless my eyes deceive me, it looks to be a bead-rolled panel that fills the void between the bumper and grille, covering the lower portion of the radiator shell and crank hole. What am I looking at here? Is this an accessory or a one-off piece? If anyone knows what it is or if the owner of the car is out there, I’m intrigued.
