Default Missing Body Mounts 1930 Tudor - 2 door??

So after the ride the other day, with all the banging while driving, I thought I'd take a look underneath to see what I could see. First the engine mounts - definitely the rubber is dry and petrified. Next I looked on the frame and on one rail I see wood go from drivers to passengers - all the way across. The next one I see a block of wood on the drivers, and one one the passenger. The third rail, I see none on either side. Could this be a "lack" of quality control from a prior restoration, and how good/bad/ugly is it to correct? I've seen some posts on the engine mounts, and it doesn't seem pretty from what I've read so I'll take that on another time. Lastly - the brake and clutch petal - should there be some rubber insulation on the back side of the board so they don't bang or rattle on the board when released or idling? Thanks in advance as always.

I've got pictures of the first, second, and two pictures of the third rails.
