What is everyone using to put on the inside of the doors to reduce the tinny sound when the door is closed? Thank you, Ed

Originally the doors had a tar-like material smeared on the inside surface of the skin. The purpose of the tar is increase the mass of the door skin to change its dynamic response to vibration & to change its closing sound.

Sound deadener/undercoating in a spray can works well and won't cost too much.

Several coats of spray rubberized undercoating from Farn & Fleet. Great for sound and seemes to help with heat transfer

Here is a link I put on this site some time ago for sound deadening. Go to Lowes and look in the building dept. I put it in my coupe and it very quite when driving my car.

I have used Vibro Solutions sound deadener. It is not cheap but it is made in the USA. I have used some of the Peel and Seal from Lowes also. I know my model A is a lot quieter now and the doors sound very solid when I close them. I think it was well worth it.
