What are you calling a "sub rail"?

It referes to the outer edge of the floorpan. It runs from undeneath the cowl all the way back to where the frame kicks up over the axle,it sits on the frame then the floorpan on top of it. I see them also refered to as rockers.

I have restored lots of efv8's and have replaced or repaired floor pans rocker panels, etc and have never heard anything on these cars called a "sub rail". This sounds like model "A" talk.

We tried McPherson in Kansas, nice guy,but the impression we got from him is that he did not want to build them ,either to busy (I believe he is more into 34-36 cars)or I think he may have had some problems with another customer,and is hesitant on building another.It's unfortunate, we're going to contact him again ,maybe he will change his mind.

Excuse my wording,I'm not a professional.Yes sub rails are model A talk.Sub rails - rocker panels ,I think we all know what I mean.Jerry,You don't happen to have a set laying around do .
