Default 1936 fenders

What are the differences in 36 4 door and 5 window fenders??

coupe and roadster are the same fenders.....they dont fit any other body styles

The above refers to rear fenders. Cabriolets use same rear fenders as roadsters and coupes. All front fenders are the same.

I think the answer you are seeking is: The sedan fenders are narrower than the coupe fenders. that is, the top edge of the sedan fender bolt edge is about 2 inches thinner than to coupe fenders.

I've never done it but, I have a template for a patch panel for the bolt edge of a coupe fender.It covers all the "verticle" bolt holes but not the horizontl ones. It is wide enough to convert a sedan to a coupe width. I've never measured the back of a sedan fender to see if it is narrower than the coupe.

My coupe fenders measure, from the frame out:

Front edge behind the running board about 14.5
Just behind the tire 12.5

At the top of the fender, from the body to the pointy edge 3.5
At the very back edge to the point 5.25

Maybe somebody with a sedan fender can supply thier measurements.
