how do I remove the original steering wheel to restore it. all help would be much appreciated. restoring 1934 ford p/u

You have to have something to go behind the steering wheel to pull it because the wheel does not have any drilled and tapped holes to use a wheel puller.Or you could drill and tap some holes in it after you remove the horn button to use a puller.
Did you get the truck in your avatar from Ooltewah Tennessee?
