I see you are from France. Since most of the European community uses the metric thread size, it might be hard to find a die to chase the threads on your spindle, whatever size it is.

As Flathead suggests, I would try a thread file first and be reluctant to “chase” with a threading die. Threading dies remove metal, and you are not trying to remove metal, just push it back to where it belongs. There are special thread chasing dies available for this purpose, but they can get a bit harder to find in larger sizes. I found several in this size on the river store like this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BEZVOGE...9kZXRhaWw&th=1.

11/16 NF thread is also 16 TPI. That means you should be able to cut a 11/16 thread over the old 3/4-16 thread and end up with a new but 1/16 inch smaller thread. Finding a 11/16 nut in Europe might be a challenge but I'm sure one of our American friends could help. If not, I know a nut and bolt place here that will have them. I could send you one or two if you need. They will not be slotted like the originals so you might have to use two and lock them together.

That size seems to be a flanged lug nut size and pretty rare without the flange. McMaster Carr, Fastenal, and Grainger don't have them. I also found this, but it is a Gr 2 thin jam nut and US$11 plus shipping for two. The lug nuts also seem to be Gr 2 and are more money.

Guys, I realise a 11/16 NF nut is a fairly rare beast but any half way competent machinist would be able to make one or two AND make them with slots for a split pin.
An alternative would be to use say, a 17mm nut.

If it were mine, I wouldn't. Chase the threads with a ¾-16 thread chaser and it will be fine. Not like you are going to torque it to 100 ft-lbs, just cleaning up the threads

Thread files are common in both fine thread and course here in the states. One file will have 8 different thread per inch file surfaces. I think one is for smaller thread per inch and the other is for larger tpi sizez.
