Default Pulling rear hub and axle shaft assembly on 50 woodie

I started to clean up the rear end in my shoebox woodie yesterday. All of the internals within the pumpkin look good upon initial inspection, but I need to get the axle shaft and hub assemblies out so I can change the seals and rear inner wheel bearings.

The Factory manual shows a slide hammer set up with an integral hub puller assembly on it to do the job. I have a slide hammer, but not the proper tool for the pulling job. I also have come to the conclusion that finding one of these is harder than finding hen's teeth.

Has anyone run into this before? If so, how did you pull the shaft/hubs out?

Thanks in advance,

Jon
