IN thread a couple days ago there was a mention about a cap washer. I was unable to find out what that was. Checked with Mcmaster-Carr. They did not have a listing for it. What is it?

Did you intend to say" cup washer"? On a 39 and on a 40 there are two on the accelerator linkage holding it to the firewall on the inside. There is another on the right side inside firewall holding the battery hold down bracket.
