Can anyone explain to me why some days I can upload a picture and some days can't? Is it the weather?

Picture size needs to be around 500KB or less to upload on this forum....

The size limits are listed at the bottom of the upload screen. JPG limit is 800 X 600 pixels - 585.9 KB.

If the sizing is wrong (too large) sometimes they will load, but it is not consistent. I have never had an issue uploading images.
