On a 1951 5 star cab are there one or two different style hood trim clips that hold the moldings?
I can only find a single style to order but there were two different styles on the back of my trim pieces. |

If you can get all spring clips and they work, use them. In the case of some side moldings ( hood, fender, etc. ) a 'T' clip was used at the leading and trailing edge of the molding for added security ( to keep the molding from creeping over time ) in conjunction with spring clips in the center.
