Thinking about using the beads to balance the tires on 36 pu,have read some on them!seems to work,anyone tried them??? I have 600-16 /tubes..I have a bubble balancer,just wondering if I could use a piece on plywood to fill center of wheele and use bubble balancer??

I have them balanced on a modern spin machine with the drums
mounted to the rims. Remove the bearings and they have large
tapered mandrels that work. G.M.

I'm going to try them, I was told by one source that markets them that if a tire/wheel is out of balance side to side the beads wont fix that. (the reason weights are on both sides). Ken

Interesting...what are the beads and how do they work.....I like to know the physics behind things.
