Default Mallory ignition

Is there another distributor cap the will work in place of the Mallory cap. Apparently MSD bought out Mallory and have not gotten the 4 cylinder cap in production yet. All vendors that say they have them are giving an indefinite delivery time of up to 3 months.

MSD did buy Mallory , and have discontinued MANY Mallory part #s. They bought Mallory as they were a competetor on many parts they sold, and they bought them to eliminate the competition on those parts. I use a fuel pump made by Mallory for another application (not Model A) that works great- used it for years. MSD discontinued that fuel pump, so now have to buy the MSD one that costs $200 more........Competition is good for the consumer, but not for the manufacturer.....

Now I understand that Holly bought MSD. Do you happen to have a Mallory cap p/n 271 for the 23 series distributor?
