Default 1933 inside door/window top

Attached is a photo, blurry, of the inside of the door/window frame. You can just about see the mohair trim goes up less than half way. What type of rubber? goes the rest of the way around the entire door top?

not sure but it must be something like that. There is mostly only metal there now with a little residue rubber.
