Default sedan/phaeton rear subrail the same?

My brother is restoring a 29 phaeton and the rear sub rail below the back panel is in bad condition. I dont see one advertised. will a subrail from a tudor sedan work? Or maybe with some modification? Any ideas?

They will work with some modifications. The rear seat riser is different, and the area where the center post on the phaeton body attaches are the biggest differences.

Thank you Brent. That is just what he hoped.
