Default Better performance:Dogbone or Tubular shock links

Hi,
I have a 1928 Tudor and it has the dog-bone shock links. It is a driver car for me. But I was wondering if going to the original tubular shock links would provide a better ride and stability?

All your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
