I have just bought some door seals. The upper inside ones go under the garnish, the slots don`t quite match up with the screws so a bit of filing will be required there, no problem. The bottom ones I can`t make up my mind which way they are supposed to go, I understand that they are sandwiched between the door and panel, I`ve looked back thru the posts and found one that shows them fitted but a comment was made about the correctness.
Also I would have liked to had a seal on the outside of the door to stop water running down the inside between the glass and the door but can`t find any, were they not available ?

Look at the Service Bulletins...There is reference to the seals for the bottom of the door in there...not sure which page.

Some models had upper seals with a lip as part of the glass setting material. Some vendors sell those. They only work with the glass in the closed position. The lower door rubber seal mates against the body sill and is held in by the clips and screws at panel corners on some models. The vendors sell those also and they come with elongated holes for adjustment. It's a good idea to paint the lower inside of the door where the drain holes are, including the cowl and rear quarter sedan windows, etc.
