Default shock connecting link lube

Ford Service Bulletins and Les Andrews Volume 1 show various pictures of the shock connecting link with the lube fitting on the top and the bottom of the link. Which is correct ? Thanks.

Ve28 2nd design to 2/28. Top
2/28 to eop bottom.


Screw in plug goes up
