Default old style circuit breaker

I'm in the process of rewiring my 47 coupe. The circuit breakers are attached to the back of the guage cluster. The dash wiring harness diagram shows using in the older style breaker and resister set up. My resister is mounted on the firewall. Can someone tell me what the "B" terminal is on the older style breaker as well as the other two terminals ?
