Any automotive machine shop with a wrist pin hone should be able to do the job.

If you can't find anybody, call Roy Brizio. He builds beautiful hot rods and can e other do it there or knows who is the best in the area. Roy and his crew are great people to talk to and will share info unlike some other shops. Whatever you do, don't let anyone ream the bushings. Many will do it, but few are successful reaming bushings and shorten bushing life.
