Default Help with Grille/Hood latches on a 37 truck

Hi guys, I'm trying to figure out what the front hood latches/hold downs on my 37 1-1/2 ton should look like. I can't find any decent pictures on the net of how the front latches/hold downs secure to the grille itself. There are currently someones somewhat improvised attempts but they are not near correct and look like hell. I'm thinking some kind of hook should attach to the 2 holes in the grille shell. Any input or pics of what is supposed to be there would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
