Default V8 Pressure Plate?

The 3 bolts mounted on the tip of the legs that make contact with the throw out bearing, I believe when you place the throw out on top of the leg bolts, they must be level. Question is, can all three bolts be tightened all the way down with the nut on each leg? Those bolts are not needed to be adjusted for the throw out?

Not sure I understand your question, but yes they need to be adjusted to the throw out bearing.
