Nice article on luggage and luggage racks in this edition. Unfortunately, it doesn't answer that age old question, Slat up or Slats down?????????. Although trunks were used, suitcases were used also as much.
Sarah has a man size Travel King Luggage, the style from Monkey Wards 1929-1930 catalog on her rack!!!!
