It is my understanding a 4 3/4" x 5 3/4" New Car Directions Form 3027 was stuck on the front windshield of every new Model A. Below the Form 3027 is printed 500M-7-10-29 which I assume is date it was printed. Has anyone seen a later date like 1930 or 31? Could be Ford used the same printing to the end of production. Any thoughts???

That would be a nice piece to reproduce and sell.

Here's a clean copy if you want to print your own.
-This one is a little later. It mentions the Triplex safety glass. ![]() |

2manycars--Thanks for posting the picture. The one I have has the '29 date but yours is not dated. It would appear yours is later probably 30-31. Interesting bit of information. Want to trade??????

Arlyn, I only have the digital image, not the original. You could copy it to your computer and resize it to suit and print it.

Some time ago I printed up a few of these on some parchment type paper and laminated them. Gave them to fellow club members who use them when displaying their cars at shows and things. I have the "Truck" version on my pickup although not correct. But then again, that's not the only thing that's "not correct" on my pickup.
