Another good coupe being rodded, and he wants way too much for the running gear. At least he isn't rodding a nicely restored or mint original couple. This one does need paint and upholstery.

I guess a phone call is needed because the sentence structure make me think he's selling the running gear, but I see it could be taken either way. Commas and periods do help.

Dale Earnhardt drove the #3 Chevy in NASCAR. Maybe that is why the owner marked out the 3 and changed it to a #9. Goes with Bill Elliott who drove a Ford.

The mention of having the bumpers implies to me the whole car is for sale.

I agree it is the entire car but only as described. The number on the door is likely how it was identified at an auction. Wayne
