Is there a source for these caps? I have the fronts that are male threads. I am looking for two rears, which are female.

There are none made of which I'm aware. I would think that your best bet would be to try Bert's, the wanted section of the classifieds here, or eBay. The hub caps are around, but sometimes they are in pretty rough shape. Someone (perhaps Don Turley) had a set for sale a while ago that looked really good.
