Going thru an old car guy's estate trying to identify things. Anybody know what this tire lock fits?

It does not appear to be a Model A spare tire lock, more square than the one that I have. The attached photo is of the Fox brand of lock for the Model A

With the lock so close to the tire, I wonder if it isn't for an older car with demountable rims?
My 1927 Dodge would be an example. |
