Default What type of tires are these?

I would bet they are Firestone tires.

These are not Firestones. They are U.S. Royal Tire Company. The other two main suppliers of tires for the Ford Model A (besides the well-known Goodyear and Firestone) were GoodRich Tire Company and U.S. Royal Tire Company, aka Goodrich and U.S.Royal. The tires shown in the Factory photo in post #1 are U.S. Royal.

Those are neither firestone or goodyear. My guess is BF Goodrich.

Some of the chassis in the photo has a body and some do not.. I guess the others are getting another body style down the line..

Tires made to Ford specifications were supplied primarily by Firestone Tire
and Rubber Company, United States Rubber Company, Goodyear Tire and
Rubber Company and B. F. Goodrich Company as well as Ajax and Fisk.

They look like Coker radials.

Judging by the guy behind the steering wheel, this photo came from the X files.
