I have a complete 8BA I planned to use as a core to rebuild. I would not turn over, so I took the heads and pan off. The combustion chambers & valves looked ok. When I took the pan off, I found that the center main bearing cap had broken.
What would cause that that to happen ? Everything else looks good. I don't want to spend any more time and effort on it if is not a good core. Thank you Fordbarners. |
