20 cents seems high for a hamburger, I remember 10 cent and 15 cent hamburgers still around in the 60s!

Sure do also Harvey's in Downey Calif.. I was too young to drive then but remember my parents scavenging change so we could have a night on the town. Thar was about two bucks back then.

I remember in the late 40s in my home town central Me. there was 2 drug stores with soda fountains, ice cream was 5 cents a cone and I remember when they went up to 10 cents. Inflation. Walt
