Default ID bumper guards

Anybody know what kind of car these bumper guards came off of? Thanks.

They are reproduced if you don't mind that the repops do not fit correctly against an authentic bumper. I am not certain if they fit against a repop bumper any better or not.
Authentic bumper guards are often available on eBay, etc.

Ah,,,,, words of experience. I did not know that, thank you.
Ok, enlighten me, please. What are the visual differences, easy to tell re-popp from OM? Price differences too?

I am not going to be using these on a '40 Ford, so the fitament of guard to bumper contour is not all that important. However, the overall shape and reveal lines ARE!

I understand the guards are the same, front to rear, and there is a slight difference from left to right?

Thanks again for your help.

No difference - they are all identical to one another. From the sound of your note, I am willing to bet you'd be good with the repops. MUCH cheaper than having a set of authentic guards replated.
