Replaced TT10 with W18, went for four mile drive had some radiator over flow, haven't been having this problem, number four plug had some discolor on out side of plug, TT10 were some sooting up. any idea?

I'd say it is just a coincidence. Unless you were driving faster this time with the new plugs than you were before. Radiator overflow really starts to kick in above 35-40 MPH, if you are going to have it. Causes can be traced back to missing baffle in the upper tank, restriction going down the core tubes, or you over filled it and the radiator is seeking it's own level.

Thanks Bill already in there, I cant see connection to new plugs, but number four plug got hotter than the others, enough to change color of plug to blue tint.
