How do you adjust the the Sector Thrust screw on the steering gear box? In or out to lesson the steering wheel free movement ?

It’s all in the service bulletins. Very good detail. I assume it’s a 30/31. You should have a copy of the bulletins anyway. Not too tight on the upper race. It will break.

Adjustment of the early steering box (7 tooth) is covered in the Service Bulletins, page 240.
