OK , I needed a V8 60 water pump kit urgently (really) so I called Mac's late...I left my cell
number with the rep I deal with. Early the next morning I was on the road far from anything but my cell phone. About 10 am the rep calls me and verifies my info
and assures me that when I get home the kit will be on my door step.
When I arrived back home 3 days later there was the kit just as promised.
I was happy.....I guess we all have love hate relationships with vendors,
I know I am one, this transaction was so positive I had to share it.

I ordered some door glass from them that was on backorder (which wasn't immediately evident when ordering online). The rep that helped me was awesome. I wish I could remember his name, but he contacted the vendor, gave me an estimated time of delivery, and gave me his personal line to call him back a few days later to obtain shipping info. I was very impressed.

Over the years, I've had very good luck with Mac's from V8 parts to parts for my '27 T coupe. Window channels for the T came in PVC pipe to keep them from being bent/broken in shipment.

Also, Charlie, you are a good guy at building relationships with people, both customers and suppliers....relationships matter.
