Default Todays what's it worth. 1937 radiator grille pan

I know it's rusty but where can you find a 1937 passenger radiator grille pan available. The part number is 78-16550 and it is not reproduced in steel at least. Found a N.O.S. one for sale for $275.00 so what's this worth. Thanks, GaryU.
