They call it a Studebaker gas fill pipe hose, but I'd bet it's an NOS Model A radiator hose.

I don't think the one on Ebay was NOS. When I zoomed in to see the texture of the outer surface is straight instead of forming a Vee like the one shown in Mike V.'s picture above. Are you guys seeing something different?
