Default Brake Actuator Issue with '32 Axle

So, I'm trying to use a '32 axle and perches with Model A spindles, kingpins and brake actuators. The driver side seems to fit fine but the passenger side actuator does not seem to be fully seating in the kingpin cup. Do I not have the parts that I think I have or is something else going on here?

Looks like you have one Model-A spindle bolt, and one Model-B/18 bolt. Is that possible??

I'm thinking the same thing as Brent, Did you use these king pins before?

How can I tell the difference? Also, should the clevis arms on the actuators be different? One is "Y" shaped and the other is a bit offset, "y".

I have a couple extra kingpins. It's possible that I got them mixed up. I'll give'm a look.
