Default Headlights / Ampmeter

When I am driving at 30 or so miles per hour with my headlights on (32 / 32 bulbs), my Ampmeter shows 0. At idle about -10. Without the headlights on, my Ampmeter shows +10. I have LED taillights (Snyders), very bright. With the cowl lights on, I still show +10 on the Ampmeter.

Am I ok for a 45 minute drive at night? I do not want to run the battery too low.

Thank You.
