Default noise in drive shaft

How does one rebuild a 1948 Tudor drive shaft. Have a grinding noise in the center of the shaft. Speedway has a conversion kit to install a drive shaft but I am not sure this is the way to go. Any help appreciated.

Contact [email protected] He makes a replacement center bearing. Ask
for his removal and installation instructions. G.M.
