She asked why is a 3 window.
& A 5 window called that ?? There are 4 windows in a 3window. ![]() & 6 window in a 5 window. ![]() So what widow don't we count? |

I know it's not an old Ford, but the old and valuable VW 21 window busses included the two windshield pieces in the 21 window count. Guess it all varies depending on time and vehicle.

Sounds like a German thing, they always had to be extremely "precise" in all our dealings; but when they sent a factory mechanic over here to train us on the installation of some of their truck equipment, he used a folding ruler (like grandpa's only metric) instead of a tape measure.
