Default 1931 Ford Model A 82-B Closed Cab Pickup

The 82-B "Budd" cab came out in August 1931,

Was the radiator shell 30 or 31 style?
Was there a Deluxe version of this, or just the Deluxe pickup 66A).
Would they have come from the factory with cowl lights?

I just see so many pictures of them in all different configurations I would like to get it straight in my head how they came from the factory.

The radiator shell should look like a '30 except regular steel (not stainless) painted black with a '31 emblem. The head light and tail light buckets were also painted black. There was no deluxe version of this truck from the factory. There were no cowl lights from the factory but a dealer could have added anything. Note with cowl lights there should be one bulb in the headlight reflectors. Post some pictures and you may get a few more comments.
