Default Correct carb

My new A has a Tillotsen carb which I understand is a replacement. What would be the correct carb for my car. Car sold new in Ca 6/31? Block #A4210990.

If you decide to replace the Tillotsen carb with a Zenith. You might want to keep the Tillotsen carb as a spare; you might like it better then the Zenith for just driving around. Bill

There is a lateral bar chart showing the various Zenith variants and their time interval of application. I looked for this chart on the Internet but not finding.

It may show in the Volume 5 page 110 of Technically Speaking.

You may not need this level of historical accuracy. I have two Zeniths that I don't use - and neither are time appropriate for my truck.

There are almost 6 pages of carb changes in the restoration guidelines book.

The short list is Holley 1, 2, or 3 but there are fine details for a truly "correct" carb.
