Default Steering sector on AA's

I know this is not the AA forum but does anyone know if the same steering sector was used on the 1930 and 31 AA's were the same as the one's used on cars. I have a 30 AA and it seems to be kind of hard to steer compared to the cars.

It is listed the the same as pass car, A, and AA
