Default Help This Son Find His Dads Truck

Shortly before my good friends father passed away he sold his A. This 1930 Pickup started like a lot of our projects a garage full of parts and the desire to make it all fit back together. This father and son spent countless hours on this project and it meant a lot to both of them. With the sudden death of my friends father in 2001 there was no next project for them.

Since his fathers death he has been searching for years trying to locate this truck in hopes of buying it back. This 1930 Pickup would have been purchased from Hobart Bowen, who lived in Meeker, Oklahoma. It had 16 inch wheels and tires and a nice oak bed. It also had updated headlights, probably chevy pickup buckets. Unfortunately no Vin is available.

If any of this rings a bell please let us know.

If you could locate an old registration card or insurance policy that had the serial number on it you could search DMV records. Perhaps it is registered by the engine number which you have a picture of.
